Library & Information Assistant, Constable at North Eastern Police Academy

NEPA invites application from indian citizen for filling up the following posts

1.Post Title: Library & Information Assistant. 

Total Posts:01

Educational Qualification: 

(i) Graduate from a recognized University and Bachelor of Library Science(B. Lib.) from a recognized university. 

(ii) At least 2 years library experience in any recognized institution in the field. 

Pay Scale :PB-2, Rs. 9300+34800+ Rs. 4200 (GP) 

Age Limit :28 years as on as on 20/11/2013.

2.Post Title: Constable (General Duty)

Total Posts:04

Educational Qualification: Matriculation from a recognized Board or University.

Pay Scale :PB-1, Rs. 5,200-20,000 + Rs. 1800 (GP)

Age Limit :18 to 27 years, as on 20/11/2013. 

Relaxable upto 3 years for OBC candidates and 5 years for SC candidates. For Govt. servants of General Category upto 40 years and for Govt. servants of SC  category upto 45 years

3.Post Title: Constable (Motor Transport) 

Total Posts:01

Educational Qualification: Matriculation from a recognized Board or University.

And 

(i) Valid driving license for light or heavy vehicles issued by the Transport Authority 

(ii) three years driving  experience 

Pay Scale :PB-1, Rs. 5,200-20,000 + Rs. 1800 (GP)

Age Limit :18 to 27 years, relaxable upto 32  years as on 20/11/2013. 

Relaxable for Govt. servants of SC category upto 45 years.

4.Post Title: Constable (Motor Transport Mechanic)

Educational Qualification: 

(i) Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized University or Board with

(ii) Diploma in Motor Mechanism from a recognized institution and 

(iii) should possess a valid driving license of light or medium or heavy vehicles.

Experience: 

 (i) two years experience in  vehicles repairs in some  established workshop. 

(ii) Should qualify in trade  test. 

Pay Scale :PB-1, Rs. 5,200-20,000 + Rs. 1800 (GP)

Age Limit :18 to 27 years, as on 20/11/2013. Relaxable upto 40 years for 

Govt. servants in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the Central Govts.

How to Apply

(A) For Constable 

 Application, as per Annexure I, to be filled by the candidates and brought by them on 20.11.2013 during selection test. No advance application is required to be sent. 

Candidates are required to report with the duly filled application form, copies of required certificates (domicile, age, caste, technical qualification, experience etc.) alongwith their originals. The reporting time is 0800 hrs on 20.11.2013. 

(B) For Library & Information Assistant 

Application in enclosed proforma duly filled, along with self-attested copies of all required documents (domicile, age, qualification, experience) and one self-addressed stamped envelope should be sent to
